So it would appear that France, Spain and the UK are pretty much neck and neck with regards to placing near the top of the list with only nine wins separating first from third place. Portugal has a respectable sixty-nine winners but then the numbers begin to fall off dramatically. Im sure there are many different factors at work here. Shear numbers of population in a country will affect the number of wins because of the number of eligible players. I do appreciate that Luxembourg gets on the list with a total of two wins. I must say I’m quite surprised at the number of Irish wins at only eleven. More research would have to be done in order to establish a baseline for measurement of success by country. For the sake of argument, it would seem that the best place to play EuroMillions is from France based on this matrix.
