The website allows registered site users to purchase lottery tickets for specific and separate lottery draws, otherwise known in the industry as a “messenger service”. All the services offered in this website are subject to and in accordance with these Terms. Complete lists of lotteries that registered users can participate, schedule of the draws, lists of winners, jackpot prizes and consolation prizes and information on how to claim prizes are all displayed on the website.
SECTION 2 - General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse our service to any person who we deem to be abusing our Terms of Use. Our decision is final and not be disbuted. You agree NOT to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 5 – The Lottery Ticket Service
5.1 General. WeLoveLotto makes certain tools available on the website for users to play and submit online lottery ticket forms. We engage local representatives to access the tickets on users’ behalf with Lottery Operators and post or publish results of every lottery draw.
5.2 Participation in the Lottery Game. In order to participate and play in the lottery game/s available on the website, players must register a valid account and keep it active. Users can access their accounts under My Account. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). Therefore, users under 18 years old are prohibited from registering an Account and using the Services the site offers. If it comes to our attention through reliable means that a User is under the age of 18 years, then we reserve the rights to cancel that User's Account and/or access to the Site.
5.3 Completion, Submission and Purchasing Lottery Tickets Forms. If you want to participate in a lottery game available on the site, then you must use the site tools to complete the lottery form, choosing your numbers per line or selecting the lucky pick option and submitting your completed form and finally paying for your online lottery tickets.
5.4 Online Lottery Ticket Price. The amount of your lottery ticket is displayed on the site after you click “Confirm” to submit your form. It includes service fee and therefore, it may appear higher than the ticket price you pay for an equivalent lottery paid directly to the Lottery Operator. All prices are subject to change from time to time as displayed on the site. Payment of the Lottery Ticket will be made in your designated currency based from the currencies the website accepts which are listed on the site.
5.5 Payment Confirmation. Upon our receipt of the online lottery ticket form payment, we send users a payment confirmation through email. Users may also view all the transactions details including date, amount and payment methods in the ‘My Account’ section.
5.6 Cut-Off Time. WeLoveLotto stops accepting submission of lottery forms a certain number of hours prior to the draw of related Lottery game set by Lottery operator. The website displays the amount of remaining time to play or purchase online lottery ticket per game. We retain the right in our discretion to determine the length of the Cut-Off time. Please know that once the Cut-Off time has passed, users will no longer be able to submit the lottery form for that particular lottery game.
5.7. Local Representatives and Local Purchase of Tickets. Once we receive the online lottery ticket form and payment, we engage our Local Representative to locally lodge the form and purchase from authorized Lottery Operator. WeLoveLotto uses reasonable efforts to make sure that each Lottery ticket is lodged correctly and purchased on time, following all the standards set by Lottery Operators. You acknowledge that since the Lottery tickets are purchased locally immediately following your submission of the ticket form, there is no option for timely cancellation. And you agree that your submission of ticket form and payments are final, non-cancelable and non-refundable. In the event of any inconsistency between the numbers appearing on the lottery form and lottery ticket, the numbers on the Lottery ticket will prevail.
5.8 Lottery Ticket Service. Players can view their WeLoveLotto official Digitial ticket through their My Account > View Ticket section upon play check out. Players will also receive an automatic ticket purchase confirmation email containing proof of purchase, order ID and spend. Upon receiving your play order, WeLoveLotto will then purchase your order directly from the National Lottery Operator.
SECTION 6 – Performance of the Lottery Draw & Results
Following each Lottery draw, the Lottery Operator broadcasts or publishes the related final and conclusive winning numbers. The amount of winning numbers that you need to obtain to be entitled to Winnings for a specific Lottery draw as well as the amount of prize is determined solely by the Lottery Operator.
WeLoveLotto will also publish the results including the prize breakdown on the website as soon as available. If your ticket is a “Winning ticket”, then we will send an email to the email address you saved under your account.
SECTION 7 - Winnings
7.1 Collection of Winnings. WeLoveLotto will make every attempt to detect when you are a winner and automatically collect all winnings. You hereby authorize the website and its representatives to collect your prize from the related Lottery Operator on your behalf.
All winnings are automatically credited to your account wallet and a notification email will be sent out to all winning ticket holders. For large prize tier winning amounts, we will send an email and contact you direct via phone too.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that if, for any reason, the Lottery Operator fails to deliver the prize to us then you will not obligate us to pay any corresponding amount to you. However, we will make the Winning Lottery Ticket available to you if you choose, to personally collect your prize from the Lottery retailer / operator.
7.2 Taxes. You, the user/player, are solely responsible for payment of taxes associated with income received as the result of your lottery winnings outbound and inbound according to each jurisdiction.
SECTION 8 – Multi-draw Subscription Service
8.1 General. The website allows you to automatically participate in a specific Lottery game on a periodic basis specified on the website.
8.2 Frequency. If you participate in the Multi-draw Service and subscribe to a specific lottery game then you will automatically have an entry for each future Lottery draw of that specific lottery game. You hereby acknowledge that the frequency of Lottery draws each week is depending on the specific lottery game that you choose to subscribe to.
8.3 Multi-draw Numbers. Your participation in any of the Lottery game through Multi-draw Service will by default contain the Numbers that you designate when you participated in the Multi-draw Service.
8.4 Start of Subscription. Your subscription will start as soon as your payment is verified and we are able to purchase a lottery ticket on your behalf using your payment method.
8.5 Term of Participation. You agree that your subscription will remain active until such time as you use the site tools. In case you want to suspend or deactivate your participation in the Multi-draw Subscription Service, you may contact us directly or email us at support@welovelotto.com.
8.6 Payments
a. You will be debited with the Ticket price for each Lottery draw that you subscribed to.
b. We make sure to lodge each Lottery Ticket as soon as we receive the purchase confirmation for a Lottery draw, therefore, you acknowledge that in case you decide to suspend or deactivate your participation in the Subscription Service that you may still be charged and you agree to pay the lottery Ticket price for the next Lottery draw.
c. You acknowledge that the Lottery Ticket price for each Lottery game may be subject to change for some reasons like (1) daily currencies conversion variations (2) Lottery Operator may change the price of Lottery tickets (3) Our service fees may change.
d. Insufficient Funds. You acknowledge that we may automatically debit your Account for your participation in the Multi-draw Subscription Service. In case of insufficient funds, you agree that we will charge your payment method designated in you’re account under “My Account”. In case the payment still didn’t push through using your designated Payment Method then we will not purchase your Lottery Ticket, in which event, we will send an email notifying you that the transaction was not carried out due to insufficient funds.
